Aaliyah Kashyap recently shared a heartwarming glimpse into a family outing on her Instagram Stories. The pictures feature Aaliyah alongside her parents, renowned filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and Aarti Bajaj, as well as her fiancé Shane Gregoire and his parents. In the photos, the two families are enjoying a meal together, all smiles as they pose for the camera. Aaliyah wore a casual brown top, while Shane, who had his hand on her back, wore a striped half-sleeve shirt.

Aaliyah is a full-time social media personality and YouTuber who frequently updates her followers about her life online. She also shared the story of how she met Shane during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020. In a vlog on her YouTube channel, Aaliyah revealed that she swiped right on Shane’s dating app profile first which led to their connection. Shane, an entrepreneur based in the US, has been running his company, Rocket Powered Sound since he was 15.
On May 20, 2023, Shane popped the question in Bali and the duo got engaged. Aaliyah shared the pictures on Instagram where she flaunted her beautiful engagement ring in one photo while the other showed a sweet kiss shared between the two.
Expressing her excitement in the caption, she wrote, “Soooooo THIS HAPPENED!!!!! to my best friend, my partner, my soulmate and now my FIANCÉ! you are the love of my life. thank you for showing me what real & unconditional love feels like. saying yes to you was the easiest thing I’ve ever done & I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you, my love. The couple celebrated their engagement in style with a luxurious ceremony in Mumbai. Aaliyah took to Instagram to share moments from the engagement party where the couple marked the special occasion by cutting an extravagant cake.
In May, Aaliyah excitedly shared on her YouTube channel that she was attending her first wedding outfit trial. She also revealed Anita Dongre, the renowned celebrity designer, would design her wedding attire.
According to Filmfare.com, the couple is planning a grand wedding for December 11. The venue is set to be the Bombay Club at Mahalakshmi Race Course in Mumbai.
